- Get faster - from start, in acceleration, top speed
- Control and adjust speed tempo instantaneously, deceleration
- Change direction with speed, control and power when required
- Build confidence and efficiency/smoothness of movement
Strength, Power and Function
- Build strength and power in the movements required for your sport
- Eliminate dysfunction in posture and movement
- Build a strong, efficient, athletic body
- Develop controlled, focused power when and where it’s needed
