Your own program, written for your sport, your position and the date that matters. Trained on our floor in Norwood, around school, work and your club.
From around 16, training has to stop being general and get deliberate. The group program that built the base was written for a room. From here the work has to be written for one athlete: where you're headed, what your position asks of you, and when you need to be ready.
A team program written for the whole squad. A gym membership and a plan off the internet. A PT who doesn't know your sport. All of it is training. None of it is built around the date you need to be ready by, and nobody is checking it against that date.
Built to your sport, your position and your season. Bryan signs it off before you see a word of it, and it's on your phone within ten days of our first conversation.
Train your program on our floor at times that suit you, within our opening hours. The Advanced group sessions are included too, for the days it helps to train alongside other athletes.
You log as you go. We see it, move the work on as you progress, and notice when you go quiet.
Two markers at the start of a block and again at its close, same set-up both times. Your numbers, never compared to anyone else's.
Getting drafted. Making the next level. Or mastering your game for its own sake. Every goal asks for different things.
We sit down with you, and with a parent if you're under 18, and work out what the goal actually asks for: strength, speed, power, how you move, the engine, and holding it all together under pressure. Then we write the program to that.
Each block ends on a date that means something, like the first day of pre-season, and the next one starts from where you finished.
At Foundations and Advanced, everyone in the room works through the same list. At Individual, your list is built from your goal. We work out what it asks for, and that's what we measure. At the end of each block you're tested against your own last numbers, and nobody else's.
There's no level above this one. When you reach the date you trained for, we sit down again and build toward the next one.
We played before we coached, and the work comes from that. Four athletes who trained in this room have gone on to the WNBA, the AFL, the Hockeyroos and the WNBL. Their clubs, coaches and families did most of that. We built the base underneath and kept them on the floor while they got good.
The Individual Athlete Academy is that same work, written for one athlete at a time.

Thanks. It's with Bryan, and he'll be in touch personally.
Fifteen and already competing at a level that asks for it? Tell us in the form. We take some 15-year-olds by conversation.
