How we handle your information.

The Nth Degree respects your privacy and handles your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This page sets out what we collect, why, who we share it with, and your rights.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect:

• your name and contact details (email, phone);
• your athlete's age and sport;
• any context you provide in the "Anything else we should know" field.

We also collect technical information when you visit the site — browser type, pages viewed, time on site, referring page — through cookies and tracking pixels. See Cookies and tracking below.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• respond to your enquiry and arrange a trial session;
• send occasional updates about programs and offers, if you've opted in;
• understand how the site is used and improve our marketing.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share limited information with the following service providers, only as needed to run the service:

• Momence — our booking and enquiry platform. Form submissions are processed by Momence. Their privacy notice is at momence.com/privacy.
• Meta (Facebook) — for advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel. Meta receives information about your visit. Their policy is at facebook.com/policy.

Information held by these providers may be stored on servers outside Australia.

How we store and protect it

We store contact information inside Momence and in our own records. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No system is perfectly secure; if a notifiable breach occurs we'll act consistent with our obligations under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so won't prevent access to the site.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• correct it if it's wrong;
• delete it if it's no longer needed.

If you believe we've mishandled your information, please tell us first so we have a chance to fix it. If we can't resolve the issue, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
